Great Balls of Fire Jerry Lee Lewis Had A Minor Stroke


Rock-n Roll legend Jerry Lee Lewis had a minor stroke Thursday night. He is expected to make a full recovery according to his doctors.

Jerry Lee Lewis is famous for songs such as "Great Balls of Fire", Whole Lot of Shakin' Goin' On'”, “ High School Confidential”, and “ Lewis Boogie.”The 83-year-old is recovering at his home in Memphis and is excepted to continue with his performances schedule this year.

Jerry Lee Lewis started playing the piano at 9-year-old according to his website. He signed to Sun Records in 1956 and took the world by storm with his performances. Lewis is know for lighting a piano on fire at the end of one performance. Also, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1986.

According to his Facebook page, he is looking forward to getting back into the studio to record a Gospel record and perform live for his fans. He appreciates well wished and prayers. Also, a Bible verse was quote on his page.
